The Merchant

The Merchant is a disfigured inmate that was brought in for Black Market smuggling of goods. Now inside Deadman Wonderland, he wanders the Tokyo Roads underground, and can sometimes even be seen outside working amongst the Carnival. Talk to this man if you are in need of "goods" while inside Deadman Wonderland.
